NYC bound

ufg8rgal and I are off to NYC for a long weekend. We will be at Letterman this afternoon. Also going to ground zero and a comedy show and some touristy stuff. Wanted to share our primary reason for the visit though - a Joe Bonamassa concert. If you aren't familiar with Joe, he is the best blues guitarist alive and is certainly one of the best guitar players you will ever hear. He is more in the style of the British blues acts like Eric Clapton than the Delta blues musicians. Check out this video from a previous concert at NYC's Beacon Theater where we will be seeing him tomorrow night. (And He15man, give it a little time - it picks up and he starts singing!) Get yourself a Joe Bonamassa CD and thank me later!

Thanks all. Sitting in LaGuardia now enjoying a drink with ufg8rgal and waiting on our ride. He15man - Ill post some pics of ground zero when I get a chance. That was more difficult than I thought - really tough knowing one of those names. Really fun trip though and I'll try to post some thoughts about it later. May be a bit though - ufg8rgal and I are heading to Baltimore all next week.

Sorry to hear that man, i was there a few years ago when they just first started building the new tower. It's not easy being there, can't imagine knowing somebody involved.
