A Breath of Fresh Air

Just wanted to come on here and thank Friendly, Cuyler, and whoever else helped to set up this board. TGN was a nice place for awhile but lately they've started to become more like the lounge posters of the old Gatorsports.com website where every response is another attempt to one up you and if you disagree with something they don't like, all hell breaks loose. If you were a democrat or even in the middle, good luck trying to post in the P & R forum over there, far too many hard core republicans who think they are correct on every issue. Heck im republican and more in the middle and can't even post there.

I get all my insider sports info from 247sports and it's a great website if anybody here is looking for that site. One of their primary writers is Thomas Goldkamp who is a UF Alum and he does great work as does Luke Stampini their recruiting guy.

I'm sure this place will have its own recruiting stuff as well.

Ill continue my Songs Of The Day here and hopefully Mrs. C will as well and don't worry i won't Demi whore the place up, but don't count out the possibility of a song or article popping up once in awhile

Looking forward to posting here and bringing in more Gator fans.

Nah my songs of the day are usually modern day stuff, in case somebody is looking for something new or different. Mrs. C owns the classic's and older stuff, that's her territory and i won't touch it for fear of my life

Mrs. C didn't have a problem with me doing it, she encouraged it and even shared a lot of the songs i posted with her niece so ive continued to do them.

I can't compare to the insight and knowledge that Mrs. C has, she is like Tim Tebow of music and I'm Jonathan Crompton

I usually just post modern day songs that are popular on the charts and on the radio, I tend to end up posting more Pop music as that is what is popular today but i do mix in country, rock, and occasionally R&B/Hip Hop.

I appreciate both, sort of inbetween both you y'all. I don't think my wife is too much older than He15man either, so I definitely hear the modern stuff in her car.

As to one of the main reasons I quit posting over there and most of the topics they were starting threads about were down right boring.
